Expectations, set out simply...
Booking Confirmation
All bookings will be confirmed via scheduled confirmation. It is expected that 50% deposit is to be paid upfront. Balance to be paid from the day of apperance and to be finalised within 10 days.
Payment
To secure the date, 50% deposit is required. Remainder to be made post apperance within 10 days.
Cancellation by Client
If the client cancels the performance 8 weeks or more before the scheduled date, the full deposit will be returned.
If the client cancels the performance within 8 weeks of the scheduled date, the full booking fee will be charged.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the entertainer reserves the right to reschedule the performance at a mutually agreed-upon date.
Cancellation by Entertainer
In the event that the entertainer is unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, injury, or natural disaster), the entertainer will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the booking fee or an appropiate re-scheduled date.
Venue and Equipment
The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue and any necessary equipment, such as sound systems, lighting, and stage setups.
Access and Parking
The client must ensure that the entertainer has access to the venue and adequate parking.
Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the entertainer from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the
performance
Liability
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused to the client, their property, or any third party as a result of the performance or workshop.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All materials used in the performance, including but not limited to music, costumes, and props, are the property of the entertainer and are protected by copyright law.
